If second-placed Hashtag United drop points against Cardiff, the Blues would be crowned champions if they collect all three at Stadium MK.
Jay Sadler's side will know the state of play heading into the clash, with their later than usual kick-off time.
Pompey come into the game on the back of a convincing 4-0 victory over Rugby at Fratton Park last week.
