Portsmouth Football Club are delighted to announce that a three-year deal has been signed for Nike to become official kit supplier from the start of the 2018/19 season.
A new retail operations contract has also been agreed with Nike’s retail partner ‘Just Sport’, who have a wealth of experience within the sports retail industry and will provide Pompey fans with a premium service.
The location of an exciting new club store will be unveiled in the near future.
Commercial Director Anna Mitchell said: “The club are delighted to be partnering with arguably the most premium sports brand in the world and are hugely excited about the launch of the new apparel.
“We believe that our fans will be thrilled with the standard of design and quality that Nike are able to deliver.

“We are also confident that the new partnership will not only deliver great kits and leisurewear, but also provide value for money, as both parties have worked hard to keep prices as competitive as possible.”
Due to the tight production deadlines, designs for the 2018/19 playing kit have already been chosen and the manufacturing process is underway.
As a result, the club have been unable to hold a fan vote this season, although this is something we will look to do for the following campaign.

While excited by this new deal, Portsmouth Football Club would like to thank Sondico and Sports Direct for their support over the past five seasons, especially during the exit from administration, when they provided admirable backing during a difficult period.
